Maida: 60gms (1 heaped cup),

Mashed paneer: 50gms (1/2 cup),

Boiled green peas: 10gm (2tsp),

Onion,chopped: 20gm (1/4 cup),

Boiled potato:50gm (1 medium sized),

Oil: 5ml (1 tsp),

Green chilli paste:1/4 tsp,

Ginger paste:1/4 tsp,

Lemon: 3-4 drops,

Turmeric: pinch,

Red chilli powder: pinch,

Garam masala powder: ¼ tsp,

  • To the maida, add half tsp ghee and knead a soft dough.
  • Make a medium sized chapatti from it .
  • Now prepare a stuffing from boiled potato, paneer, green peas, onion and add all the above mentioned masalas.
  • Add salt from the prescribed salt allowance.
  • Now place this mixture on the centre of chapatti and fold the remaining two sides so as to cover the stuffing.
  • Now shallow fry this frankie on a non-stick pan with 1 tsp oil.
