Tur dal:10 gm (2 tsp),

Urad dal:10 gm(2 tsp),

Chana dal: 10 gm(2 tsp),

Onion, chopped: 30 gm (1 small sized),

Capsicum, chopped: 10 gm (2 tsp),


Garlic,chopped: 2 cloves,

Ginger paste: ¼ tsp,

Green chilli paste: ¼ tsp,

Roasted ground jeera powder: ¼ tsp,

Coriander leaves: 1 tsp.

  • Soak rice and all the dals together for 1 hour.
  • Throw the water and then grind this mixture.
  • To it add chopped onion, capsicum, garlic , ginger-green chilli paste, jeera and coriander leaves.
  • Add salt from the prescribed salt allowance.
  • Mix well and then make medium sized pancakes from it .
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
