Servings
Mix both the flours, add salt and enough water to make a thin batter.
Heat oil in a small vessel, add cumin seeds and fry until they crackle.
Add green chillies, asafetida, curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
Add this mixture to the batter.
Heat the tawa and grease with ghee.
Pour ½ cup batter in a circular manner, pour little oil and fry it from both the sides.
Serve hot with dal chutney.
