Mix both the vegetables, add salt to it.
Grease the bread slices with coriander chutney.
Now on a bread slice, add the vegetable mixture and cover with the other bread slice.
Now take a sandwich toaster, grease it with ghee and place the sandwich in it.
Toast it and serve hot.
