Capsicum, chopped: ¼ cup (15g)

Onion, chopped: ½ cup (15g)

Salt: from the prescribed daily allowance

Ghee: 1 tsp

Cheese: ½ cube (15 g)

Coriander chutney: 2 tsp

Take both the vegetables, add grated cheese and salt to it. Mix well.

Grease the bread slices with coriander chutney.

Now on a bread slice, add the mixture and cover with the other bread slice.

Now take a sandwich toaster, grease it with ghee and place the sandwich in it.

Toast it and serve hot.
