I joined AKC in 2009 as a Trainee Dialysis Technician. Over the years, the company supported my growth by financially supporting my higher education. With this support, I completed my Diploma, Post Graduation, and MBA in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
I started working in the Home Dialysis department in 2010 when we were treating only 4 to 5 patients. With the guidance and support of the management, our Home Dialysis vertical continued to grow. I was promoted as Manager in 2018 and later as Head of the Home Dialysis Department in 2023.
Today, we are serving more than 130 patients on home dialysis, managing a team of over 28 staff members, and have successfully introduced HDF dialysis services at home.
I sincerely thank Mr. Sudhir Bagarao Sir for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to grow from a trainee technician to the Head of Department. I am also grateful to our Management and Board of Directors for their constant guidance and support throughout my journey.
