Ingredients

  • Wheat flour: 1 big bowl,
  • Wheat flour, for dusting: ½ katori,
  • Salt: from the prescribed daily allowance,
  • Capsicum, finely chopped: 1/4th  katori,
  • Onion, finely chopped: ½ katori,
  • Paneer, grated: 1/4th katori,
  • Pepper powder: ½ tsp,
  • Oil: 2-3 tsp.

Directions

  • Make a filling by mixing capsicum, onion, paneer, salt and pepper powder.
  • Now prepare dough from wheat flour. Make small balls from it and roll it into round parathas.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling into the paratha and fold then from its circumference.
  • Now using wheat flour for dusting, roll the dough into small paratha.
  • Now roast this paratha on a non-stick pan using oil.
  • Serve hot with garlic and coriander chutney.
