Ingredients

  • Parwal: 6-7 in no,
  • Paneer, grated: 2 tsp,
  • Coriander, chopped: 2 tsp,
  • Salt: from prescribed daily allowance,
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4th tsp,
  • Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp,
  • Dhania jeera masala: ½ tsp,
  • Asafetida: 1/4th tsp,
  • Garlic: ½ tsp,
  • Oil: 2 tsp

Directions

  • Soak parwal in water for 10 mins.
  • Make a horizontal slit in each parwal and keep it aside.
  • Now take paneer, add coriander, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera masala and chopped garlic. Mix well.
  • Add this filling into each parwal piece.
  • Now take oil in pan, allow it to heat, add asafetida.
  • Now add each parwal piece slowly into the pan and add the remaining malasa.
  • Now cover the pan with a lid and allow the parwal to get cooked for 10 – 12 mins.
  • Check it and if it is undercooked, then cook it for further 5 – 7 mins.
  • Serve hot with chapatti.
