Ingredients

  • Rice flour: 1 cup,
  • Methi leaves: 1/4th cup,
  • Green chillies, chopped: 1 tsp,
  • Ginger, chopped: ½ tsp,
  • Salt: from the prescribed daily allowance,
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tsp,
  • Oil: 3 tsp.

Directions

  • Take 1 cup of rice flour in a pan, add methi leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt and cumin seeds.
  • Mix well and add water and make the flour to flowing consistency.
  • Spread the flour on a non-stick pan like a dosa and roast it with oil.
  • Serve immediately.
