Green peas: 2 tsp (10g),

Onion, chopped: 2 tsp (10g),

Tomato, chopped: 1 tsp (5g),

Oil: 1tsp (5g),

Asafetida (hing): pinch,

Ginger paste: ¼ tsp,

Green chilli paste: ¼ tsp.

  • Boil the seviya for 3-4 mins and then drain the water. Similarly boil green peas and carrot also.
  • Now in a pan take oil, when the oil gets heated add asafetida.
  • Now add onion, saute it till onion gets brown, then add green peas and carrot.
  • Add ginger paste, green chilli paste.
  • Add salt from the prescribed daily allowance and mix well.
