Puffed rice (kurmura): 1 heaped wati (35g),

Chopped onion: ¼ wati (25 g),

Chopped tomato: 1 tsp (15g),

Boiled chopped potato: ¼  tsp (25g),

 

For green chutney:

Chopped coriander: 1tsp (5g),

Green chili paste:1/4 tsp,

Ginger paste: 1/4tsp,

Ground roasted jeera: pinch

Turmeric: pinch,

Oil: 1tsp (5g).

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan, add puffed rice to it and then add turmeric powder.
  • Mix well and then allow it to cool.
  • Now add onion, tomato and boiled potato and green chutney.
  • Use salt from the prescribed daily salt allowance.
  • Mix well and serve.
