Ingredients

Potato, peeled:1 medium sized (50 g),                       

Green peas:1 tsp (5g),                                                  

 

French beans:1 tsp (10g),                                             

Carrot: 2 tsp (10 g),

Beetroot: 1 tbsp (15 g),

Oil: 1tsp (5g),

Ginger paste: ½ tsp,

Green chilli paste: ½ tsp,

Garam masala: ½ tsp.

Directions

Chop the potato into small pieces and keep it in water for at least 30 mins.

Throw the water and now boil the potatoes with all the remaining vegetables.

Drain water thoroughly. Now mash all the vegetables, add ginger paste, green chilli paste and garam masala to it and mix well.

Now roll them into balls and flatten them into cutlets.

            Now shallow fry these cutlets with 1 tsp oil using a nonstick pan.
