Vegetable parathas

Brief Description

Veg paratha is a delicious and nutritious traditional Indian bread prepared with lots of fresh vegetables and wheat flour. If you don't like to eat vegetables alone, then this shallow fried Indian flatbread is a delicious way to get their goodness. To make mixed vegetable parathas in easier and better way without losing its nutrients, various vegetables are sauted and mixed with wheat flour to make dough and then paratha is cooked in a normal way.

Ingredients

Wheat flour: ½ cup (20g)
Cabbage: 2 tsp (10g)
Capsicum: 2 tsp (10g)
Onion: 2 tsp (10g)
Oil: 11/2 tsp
Salt: from the prescribed daily allowance
Jeera: ½ tsp
Pepper powder: ½ tsp
Curd: 1 small wait (100g)

Directions

Take wheat flour, add salt, jeera, pepper powder and all the vegetables.
Now add oil and then knead a flour with water.
Make a ball out of the flour and then roll it into a paratha.
Now roast this paratha on a non-stick pan with little oil.
Cook this paratha from both the sides.
Once done serve with curds.
